Marshal's Reading Log

As part of the daily five the children have to read to themselves each day.  They keep a record of what they have read on a reading log.  Here is Marshals reading log from week one, we are learning to summarise the important events.

Read to Someone

As part of the daily five program we have been learning how to read to a buddy.  Our buddy listens to us read and summarises what they heard.  We then ask each other questions to check our understanding before swapping roles.  Here are some photos of our first buddy reading session.
