We love buddy reading with our buddy class - Room 5. They help us sound out our words and ask us questions to check that we understand what we are reading.
Mr Minton also organised some yummy fruit kebabs for us to try because we are learning all the names of fruits as part of our inquiry learning.

Good on you Room 4 and Room 5. We love seeing our tuakana/teina relationships in action!! Buddy reading looks like fun.
My favourite part of this movie was watching myself read to my buddy Haina!
