Did you know Ireland is also called the Emerald Isle? Not many people know the flag has 3 colours, green, white and orange. Irish kids learn how to speak English and Gaelic. Children stay at school until they are 14. They speak in Gaelic and they speak in English. They make dishes out of lamb and potatoes. They also eat cabbage.
